Today, you can purchase meat directly from the manufacturer, through suppliers, and the private market. Choosing between the market and a big supplier, not everyone will choose the second. In fact, not everything is so clear.
Which seller to choose?
The private market is not always regulated by the state. Private markets accept goods not only from little-known industries, but also from private farmsteads. Not every animal farm can boast of perfect cleanliness, excellent animal health and modern technical equipment.
Large companies, who are, for example, engaged in meat import, are subject to strict control from both consumers and the state. Many people treat conveyor meat with distrust. Someone is wary of growth hormones, and someone find fault with a bad taste of meat. In such circumstances, companies cannot lose trust. They are simply forced to supply an exceptionally good product to the market, and even at a price that is pleasant for the buyer. The same can be said about the company that is involved in meat export. No one needs a bad reputation at the global level.
Which seller should you trust?
It is worth buying meat in bulk from someone who observes the first and most important principle in its manufacture – complete product safety. Reliable companies always provide the necessary supporting documentation:
- Permission from the sanitary services, which confirms that the meat is produced in a sterile and safe place.
- Veterinary certificate confirms that the cattle had no diseases.
- Quality certificate confirms that the manufactured product is completely safe for the life and health of the consumer.
- Certificate of conformity confirms that the manufactured product fully complies with technical regulations and standards.
There is no better option than buying meat from a trusted supplier. This is the only way to be sure that you buy a safe product. Buy meat in bulk from a manufacturer whose prices will delight you exceptionally.
